A wee bit of a cheat today – this picture was taken last Saturday as my husband was stepping out at the edge of Loch Tay.
The clouds were gathering and his wee walk was about to be cut short. The rest of us were watching from the comfort of the lodge!!
“Your entire life only happens in this moment. The present moment is life itself.” (Eckhart Tolle).
This is the time of year, as the weather improves when I resolve to get fit! Especially this year, as the winter has been long and I have been very inactive, due to illness.
So the trainers are out and walking on the beach is the best remedy.
Another beautiful morning, another lovely walk.
Here is my picture of the day, the sunny Saltcoats bit of my parish. Great shot by Ian Cassidy (Ardrossan & Saltcoats Herald on Facebook) with Arran rising through the haze.
I am trying to get a bit (ok a lot) fitter. So I have started walking for half an hour or so every day. This was where I walked this morning, Ardrossan North shore (my favourite picture taken a few years back by my brother Mike.
I was wearing a new pair of trainers today, but unfortunately they rub my foot and so I ended up walking bare foot along the sand – the shore front was the last part of my walk.
